About us:
Welcome to the website of OTW. This is the home of 1-2-1 professional coaching for players based within Essex. By targeting the strengths and weaknesses in physical and technical aspects of each individual, we offer local players the opportunity to vastly and quickly improve their performances on the pitch.

Sessions start from 5 years old and we cover every age group upwards until adults. We welcome players of all positions and gender.

From 1-2-1 football sessions to one of our football camps, all sessions are carried out by qualified coaches with ample experience in youth academy football. This ensures all sessions mirror that of academies and centres of excellence.

Sessions take place at Greensward Academy in Hockley, with access to high quality equipment, as well as plenty of parking. We focus purely on providing a high quality service in a fun and positive learning environment.
